Death of Alice Wardle
Alice Crabtree (nee Wardle) died on 17 October 1893 at 68 Town Lane, Denton aged 48 years. She was the widow of Samuel Crabtree, a Journeyman Felt Hatter, and died of carcinoma of the kidneys certified by Wakefield MacGill MBCM. The informant was her son, Harry, who had been in attendance. He lived at 5 Herbert Street, Haughton.
